Use correct lug bolts for your aftermarket wheels
For those who have aftermarket wheels, make sure you are using correct lug bolts. OEM rims are using BALL SEAT lug bolts and most aftermarket rims are using CONE (TAPER) SEAT lug bolts. I was told that if you are using a Ball Seat lug bolts on a aftermarket which is a Cone Seat set up, the bolts might come loose which can cause some serious damage.

Absolutely correct. My winter wheels (OZ) use the cone taper and the BBS-CH OEM uses the Ball Seat one. Good information.
