Q5 USA vs Q5 Canada
Hello, everyone.
Got a huge surprise today when I went to dealership (audidowntowntoronto)! Don't know how true what Sara DS (service consultant) told me: as soon as your US version Q5 hits 20K kms (my black S-Line has 27K kms right now), any rattling noise (unless "defective" which was a very vague definition as per Sara DS) is no longer covered by the warranty.
So I contacted Shaun of Audi Pfaff in Vaughan (who was referred by the private dealership where I bought my Q5 baby). Shaun is more than happy to take care of her, and all covered by Audi's warranty, be it US or Canadian version. He is also offering a day loaner! That is service with an S!
Will let you know how it goes once I get back my baby from Shaun.
