Pictures of Rear headset DVD
As some of you have requested, attached are few pic of the Rear Headset DVD (Innovatek) installed in my 2011 3.2P Q5.
The headset are bigger than the OEM ones to accomodate the screen size.
The DVD goes behind the screen (push open and the screen opens toward the top).
There is a slot for a USB device.
One for a SD card.
They come with 2 Infrared phones and 2 thin remotes.
My son used them last week during our trip to Magog and said the image quality is excellent and the sound very good.

That looks good. I like the way it zips up to conceal them from potential thieves.
Do you have the 8" screens? How does the grey match with your leather interior?

I just searched for it and found an online retailer selling it for $239. They ship to Canada as well.

Very nice! How is the install for these?? Sorry for the dumb question, but...I just don't know. So I had to ask.

Sorry about the color rendering.
It is supposed to be beige not grey.
Anyway, it matches the OEM color like a glove. Perfect.
A small difference in the texture but you have to be really close and look for it.
Screen are actual 6.75'' diagonal
Installation was done by teh dealer prior to delivery. About 1800$. Not cheap but for a car worth close to 75k$ tax included I did not want anything that did not look OEM option.
