Hi guys! Finally I am able to post some pics of my q5. I got the car on nov. 3, but i had to leave the country so i didn't have any time to post pics right away.

Anyway, I do have a question. Sometimes when i brake, I feel a grinding sound coming from the car. It feels like i'm driving over a rough pavement. I dont know if it has something to do with the snow. But when I got it on november, there was no noise whatsoever.

Sometimes, it makes that noise, other times there is no sound at all. Is this normal? Do any of you guys had the same issues? Hoping for some clarification regarding this. Thanks!

 

Congrats on your new car.

The breaks are new, probably working in. The sound and feel you're experiencing is likely the ABS kicking in. I wouldn't worry too much but monitor it.
