Default Ice Silver Color - your thoughts

Can't decide between Ice Silver and Quartz Grey. I wish they had something like asphalt grey - that would take out all the guesswork! What do you guys think of Ice Silver color? Too light? Seems like it's a rare choice for some reason. I wonder why.

Asphalt grey? I think you would be happy with Lava Grey in that case.

Quartz is much sexier color over Silver, specially with Brown interior.

Take Tony's advice and check out Lava Grey. It's the color I picked up and it is a very dark grey. In dark it look slike black but in light it's a very dark charcoal grey with a fleck in the paint. Beautiful color IMO. It's about the closest you will get to asphalt in Canada.

These pics are from an IPhone and she is dirty as heck, it's very cloudy out and almost sunset, she just arrived off the boxcar so had all sorts of rail dust on her and hadn't been PDI'd yet but this is to color...

Like I said, dark in the shade and defenitely grey in the sunlight with a nice fleck to it. The color pops when clean.

Nice car, excellent choice of color. I am totally obsessed with these SLine Rims.
Question: The aluminum trimming around the fog lights is that an S-Line Exclusive thing?

My understanding is that the trimming around the fogs is an SLine thing. Europrice carries the S-Line front bumper package for a little over $1,000 and from the looks of it it also comes with the metal inserts, not sure about paint though as you may need to have it painted upon arrival, if interrested best to ask the seller directly. I love the SLine wheels, but have been told they are difficult to clean given the small spaces between the spokes, I have some cleaning tools up my sleeve though that should make quick work of this if it is an issue.

I was in Cantire this weekend, I saw a lot of small hand held and glove type brushes specifically for tight rim space, check them out.

Also if you ever scratch the alloys, there are alloy repair kits on ebay, pretty good ones.

I've always been a big fan of silver cars. IMHO its a timeless color - its non-trendy- and will always look good. And it looks clean even when dirty.

My Q5 on order is Ice Silver. I saw the Quartz Grey in person and felt it was too 'dull'.
