I feel like an idiot. I ordered a Q5 a couple weeks ago and I didn't even try to get a deal on it. They included the $750 Audi Care which is probably standard for everybody, but that's it - standard MSRP.

I'm thrilled about the vehicle, it's awesome, I just heard there was so little room to move on the pricing I didn't even try when I put down my deposit.

It won't arrive until March/April. Is anyone else having this pseudo buyer's remorse on the pricing? Is it possible to still negotiate?

Yeah,
I wouldn't worry about it...they wouldn't even throw in the trunk liner/weather mats...I even tried to get the Audi softshell, but that didn't work...lol...
Worst case scenario is that you can hold off for a year for the audi care...just have to purchase it before the year lapses or before you hit 20 000 K...

Have fun with you vehicle when it come...perhaps it'll come it early like mine...

Why would you have buyers remorse for purchasing a vehicle which is sold out across Canada? And yes, having Audi Care included would still be considered generous - it comes right off the price of the car, it's not a wash or anything from the Dealers perspective. Trust me, once you take delivery you'll begin to appreciate its value!

This is typical of dealers that are in areas where there's no competition. Regardless, I know you'll like it the car once you get it, and you'll soon forget about the price.

Enjoy it!

I live in the Greater Toronto Area where there is plenty of competition, despite the near 6 Million who live in the area...Regardless of area, the product is worth MSRP and you're not paying for maintenance for 80,000KM. I'm very happy for you, you're going to love it!

Don't sweat it too much. I didn't get any discount. I only got the employee discount cuz my employer was on their list but it's an awesome car worth every penny. You'll get it soon. I ordered it July 10th it was in the showroom end of August. Picked it up end of Sep. They only hold it for a month.
