One of my favourite mods for my 335 was a digital vent gauge from P3cars.com

P3 has come out with one for the Q5 that is available for pre-order:

I am surprised they don't yet have this for other vehicle lines in Audi maybe the fitments is the same not sure.

 

They have them for the B8 platform. The one shown in the video is for the Q5 but the 'guts' of the interface carries the B8 label. Its only a matter of time until they fit them into every Audi vent. I would give them a call to see when the A7 platform will be ready.

Funny thing these days, when you phone P3 cars you actually get the guy that runs the company; Tim. He will know.

 

That is awesome. Did you install it yourself? I think I want.

 

The install was super easy. Just needs a hook pick and a flathead. Took me about 30mins.
