Considering a 2011 Q5 with CAEB 2.0T
New to Audi. Considering buying a 2011 Q5 with 105,000 kms. Owner claims Audi replaced the pistons & rings, as it failed the consumption test.
1. Will the problem come back, or is the fix permanent (i.e. better engineered parts)?
2. What year did Audi correct this issue in the 2.0T motor?
3. Should I look for a V6 instead? Is the 2.0T the only motor affected? How about the Diesel?
THANKS!
