Bang and Olufsen - help decide

Bang and Olufsen - help decide
Hi, we are in the process of building our Audi Q5. Our dealer doesn't have demo Q5 with upgraded sound system, so can't judge on the difference between B&O and Bose. I would like more refined sound, more clarity in higher and lower frequencies, not mushy sound (which, no offense, but to my ears Bose sounds mushy). Can you please help us decide - how do you like difference in b/w systems? Is it worth to upgrade it?
Also, in some other forums I've read about the volume issue with B&O. Apparently, for a couple of owners, the B&O considerably is lacking in volume, especially when driving with windows down or sunroof open. Have you found that to be the case?
Thank you. Look forward to your replies

Re: Bang and Olufsen - help decide
"Lacking volume"...tell them to turn up their hearing aids. I think what you are looking for over the Bose system is exactly how the B&O system sounds. It's very clear and clean sounding.
Did your dealer not have an A4, S4 or A5 on the lot with B&O either? It's the same basic system in all of those cars. The sound will obviously be different in each of those cars and the Q5, but it will at least give you something to go on.
