Audi Q5 - Scratching sound when on highway
I have a 2010 Audi Q5 with about 44100 KMs, currently using winter tires. I recently noticed when i reach about 100-110KM/H on the highway I hear a scratching sound coming from the drivers-side rear wheel. Haven't had time to bring it into the dealership yet but will soon. I'm assuming something is wrong with my rear brake pads but not 100% sure.

If you 3M film on the mirrors, then that could be the reason. It happened exactly same with me as you described. 3M was not glued properly at the end
So I went into my Audi dealership and they found out that the scratching sound was from a broken wheel barring, they replaced it for me free of charge.
