Q7 Tick tick noise!!

Hi recently my 2007 Q7 is giving me tick tick noise from the dashboard when i start it for (30 secs) and when i turn it off (30 secs)
did anyone had this issue before? and what was the cause?

I noticed my Audi Q7 was experiencing the same noise when I had all 8 cd's loaded so I removed the cd 8 and the noise stopped.
