Seems to be quite a few questions on this topic. I just recently purchased a 2010 Q7 in the USA. I require the licence plate bracket, currently it has the filler plate. I cannot believe the price is close to 400 bucks for the part. Does anyone out there have one for sale or wants to swap?

 

If you don't have front parking sensors I have a gloss black license plate bracket that I can sell you for $200 plus taxes. We pulled it off of a 2011 Q7 3.0 TDI while the car was going through PDI.

I do have the front sensors. I don't understand how that matters though as the sensors seem to be further down on the grill, not where the filler plate is. Do the sensors have wires connected to the filler plate?

 

My apologies. I was talking with a Q5 owner as well and confused some information. (Q5 parking sensors are in the license plate bracket.)

The only two available North American license plate brackets for the 2010/2011 Q7 are for cars with Adaptive Cruise Control or without Adaptive Cruise Control. The license plate bracket I have is for cars without ACC.
