Default Longitudinal Acceleration Sensor Replacement

I have had some car stability challenges (especially in ice and snow) during the past few months on my TT. Also the ABS and ESP lights came on in the cluster several times. I have great snow tires but a few times my TT would veer from side to side (pulled from rear) on the highway right down to 40kms/hr! A few weeks ago I took the car in for a check (they thought brakes) and nothing "mechanical" was identified. This problem did not go away and my hunch that something "electrical" was wrong, actually proved right. Today I had my Longitudinal Acceleration Sensor replaced.
I think this problem is solved. (I did some medium-high speed runs over standing water...and no issues). As it is spring my summer wheels/tires are installed. This is just a FYI.
