- Where did you get it done?
- How was your experience with the company doing the tuning?
- What product did you go with?
- How does the car feel after you've driven it for a while?

1; H2Sport, Georgetown, APR
2; Excellent, really know what they are doing.
3; Fully loaded chip, during last sale, bought Oct. 08. Stage 1.
4:WOW, LOL.

I'll be asked, so include it here. $962.00 taxes in, out the door. The allroad needed a new chip soldered in to accommodate the APR program. That was the $160.00 additional. They had quoted me $800.00.

I did have a problem with flashing CEL and EPC lights after install. I asked and described what was happening at the time. I was the cause. I was accelerating with the cruise, because it can change programs on the go I was activating that feature; if you hold the cruise in excess of five seconds you can change programs.

The only complaint that I have is the car, not the install.

While driving in the mid speed range, 50 to 100 km/h, a slight throttle input can cause a transmission downshift. If traffic dictates you get off throttle then a quick up shift. Almost the wandering that is talked about in the forums.

Still contemplating my options including the GIAC Tip Chip.

Time will tell, hope this helps.

The effect is due to highly engineered Motronic Load Registration between ECU and TCU.

After chipping, the engine power has increased above stock and the trans TCU does not know this. The tip trans will now "gear hunt" easily after engine power upgrades. You are correct in that a GIAC or similar TCU upgrade should resolve this issue.

exactly, if you chip a car with a tiptronic trans, make sure you get the TCU done as well.

There is also proof That when the Revo trial expires your car is slower then stock so they make you buy the REVO software to feel fast again
