2006 Avant rims and snows

I have a 2006 Audi A6 Avant and I'm looking to buy a used set of rims and snows which were installed on a CLK.. The specs are as follows:Fronts are 17x7.5, offset +37mm, recommended tires 225/45-17
Rears are 17x8.5, offset +30mm, recommended tires 245/40-17
Bolt pattern 5x112
Does anybody know if these will fit my car?
