Audi's already upgraded its R8 with a V-10. So what could be next? If these photographs, taken by our resident spies, serve as any indication, a Clubsport model, a presumably lighter and quicker version of the already-stunning supercar with upgraded aerodynamics.

The most obvious change is the massive rear wing, which our photographers say is fixed. Look closer and you'll see a larger diffuser and exhaust pipes. Check the rear bumper for its air-outlets just aft of the rear wheels, and the front bumper for the subtle trace of canards on each end. More power and less weight would be a natural complement.

The R8 5.2 FSI is a very rapid and drivable car already, but we can't wait to see what Audi has in store next.
