i have a 85 4kq (4000cs Quattro) 2.2lt l 5 sohc and cant find a place that has the parts needed. if you could point me the right way or any tip or tricks. i do have a 86 coupe gt with a 2.2 lt if any of the parts would help. thank you.

 

To do a 20v swap you have to get a 7a head from a 1990/91 Audi 80 or 90 quattro.....not easy to find when S4 and 200 20v guys are always after the cams.
You would have a better chance of completing a turbo conversion.
All you would need is an old 5000/200 which can be found cheap.
