Default RS4 rear Sway Bar Conversion

I recently put the B7 RS4 rear sway bar on my B7 A4 and let me tell you it makes that much of a difference. The car feels like a rear wheel drive but with quattro grip. Anyone who is on the fence about doing this mod should get off their *** and go pick one up. Total cost for the job was just over $200 installed. Picked the sway bar up from a dealer and got it installed by Independant Tuning in Markham, Ontario.

I'm gonna do the same thing on my B6 this week. Did you replace the bushing or did you keep the old ones?

Thanks!

Well I got new bushings but I thing they're from the S4 as they don't fit the bar perfectly. The reason I got these ones is probably because the RS4 bushings won't fit in the B7 brackets and the RS4 brackets are probably too large for the B7 A4 subframe.

I think they're black rubber. They look exactly like the ones that are currently on your car.

I was just wondering what the rear sway bar does for performance. As well, can you buy this feature for a 2000 1.8L T A4?
Thank you,
Ryan
