exhaust growl when cold
New to Audi, 2005, allroad, 2.7, I have been checking the forums for info and have found a lot of good advise.
Need info on the following; Please do not yell if posted wrong, I am very sensitive.
When cold start in the morning, (15 to 20 degrees celcuis) there is a definite louder growl to the exhaust during mild acceleration. It diappears over a short period of time, obviously sometyhing is expanding and fitting better.
Does anyone have prior expeirance or advise. (Just trying to avoid something major)
Thanks.

Re: exhaust growl when cold
Completely fine with the post, glad you've found info you can use.
The louder growl is normal to an extent just because in my experience 1) exhausts sound different when they're cold and 2) our engines do hold higher revs for a longer period when cold than they normally would until they've warmed up.
Unless its a really terrible growl you don't have to worry about it.
