I was planning to lease / finance / buy a new 2009 A5.

Here are the specs:

8T35F9 - A5 3.2 6sp Quattro Coupe, PTC - Technology Package (09), WQB - S
line Sport Package (Black interior only 09), 9VK - Bang & Olufsen premium
sound system - 14 speakers, 505W, PDR - Audi Drive Select, 7X1 - Rear Park
Assist, 6W3 - Front Licence Plate Holder, MET - Metallic/ Pearl Effect Paint, Tire
Guard

I was quoted MSRP: $62,800.00 for the above config.

Questions now: How much could I negotiate off the MSRP? Would it be better to buy the car from the US? Is the 2009 A5 worth this much money? How is the 2009 A4?

I would really appreciate any opinions.

Usually to get a new A5 there is a waiting list and it's quite frustrating as it's 6-8 months.

I paid MSRP for my A5 last March. From what I can tell, they are still hard to find, so I wouldn't expect much negotiating in Canada.
