My suspension is still working like when parked on a hill it will auto adjust itself, its just that i cant change it myself, as well i can no longer turn off my ESP so the dealer said that it must be a wiring problem and that he has seen it before. I also am pretty sure that myn is not an airbag problem because the car does not dip to one side overnight. I also find it hard to belive that they both went at the same time.

Ok so heres a final update on my problem, it turned out to be a selinode that had burned out on my pump, but they can not just replace it they need a whole new pump, Luckly they had an old pump there that they could take it from and put it on my car, all together came to $500

That's actually not bad, Tm775. Would've cost a lot more if they have to order one from the dealer.

Default Re: Air suspension independent reapar facility required

Hello.
After three days of trying to ask for some form of financial assistance towards the $2000 plus repair bill for the allroad failed air suspension I have finally given up, their tactics really do wear one down.
I now need to locate an independent repair facitlity in the GTA or Toronto area, that others have had positive experiences. I will have to make arrangements for the Arnott parts, but require the installation and I am not going to use an Audi dealer in light of the lack of customer support. I was told that ".... it is an expected failure and expense that an owner has to live with", unbelievable....
Thanks for an input.

Independent Tuners in Toronto will do a very good job, not really that cheap but as far as mechanics go they charge about 70 dollers for an hour of labour, were abouts did you figure out that the susspension has failed?? because i went to the dealer and they wanted to charge me 200 dollers just to look at the car and then if they found what the guys at independent tuners did they would have charged me for a whole new pump and new front air bags which would be very expensive at the dealer, if you only got one oponion then take it to these guys and they will look at it for free for you. Tell them Kurt with the allroad sent you

I haven't had any issues with my allroad suspension, but thought of fixing it hurts my brain. Anyhow, have seen a couple of things on various sites regarding replacing the bladders yourself. Much cheaper than the alternative. After reading your post it reminded me of something on ebay....maybe these might work?.....check it out
