A step up
Hey Folks, I finally found her. 2007 S4. Black on Black/White 6MT with 41000kms. After months of shopping I'm finally content. I traded in my 2008 GTI DSG.
I was wondering if there's anything i should look out for from some of you experienced owners? I do have Vagcom.
I'm looking forward into learning from this site.

congrats on the new car and welcome to the forum! lots of great info to be found here.
as far as vag-com goes there are some neat things that can be done.
windows up/down using keyfob (not putting in the door.. just holding down the lock for windows up and unlock for all windows down) also turning your amber lights off unless signaling and turning seatbelt chime off... that should only be used for back out of garage or moving around for clean. safety first!
more codes can be found by using the search feature and if that doesn't turn up what your looking for then post away and we have lots of people that can help!

*ps... i see you are listed as Montreal... check out under the eastern Canada section for the Montreal Audi group... they do hold some meets/events and nice to meet up with some local enthusiasts as well.

I'm hacking this thread for a second though.. Neat things with Vag Com.. I personally don't have Vag Com, but everything you listed phinx, like windows down with key fob... My car already does. Infact all Audi's I have seen have come from factory with the whole UP/Down windows with keyfob... I turn and hold the key, my windows go down.. I turn the key when windows are down, my windows go up.. I hold the lock button on my keyless entry my windows go up...
I have seen a couple posts now where people brag the VAG COM for making the car windows do this, when both Audi's I have owned do it from factory.. Am I missing something?
