New member & Future Audi owner in dire need of help
Hi every one,
I am newbie not only to this forum but to the whole Audi thing.
I hope that you'll be kind enough to enlighten me in my process of finding the right "partner" for me
My fiancée and I already own a Mini Cooper S with I absolutely love to drive. But its hers :roll eyes:, so I have to find myself a new ride since I'm getting rid of my old one (bought a Blazer last fall for winter car )
I decided to step it up a notch even if my budget is quite limited. I've been wanting to own a Audi for several years.
I found quite a load of A4 and A6 that would fit my budget between 2003 and 2006 but all of them are well into 150 to 200 k ranges.
From what I gathered so far they all seem built to last well in the 400 to 600 k range. But I really want to find the right one. Because I don't want to put a couple thousand in repair in the first year nobody wants to to do that but, I already got screwed with my truck this year.
So A4 vs A6 1.8t vs 2.0t vs 2.7t vs 3.2 etc etc so much different specs I'm kind of lost here.
Some help figuring all this would be much appreciated
Thanks all

welcome and good luck on the hunt! i would personally choose the A4 1.8/2.0 if you dont have kids of people in the back that often. best of luck in your hunt and keep us posted if you find one and post up some pics!

Well It's been a quite a long time but I decided to put the hunt on Ice for a while when I learned that we were having a baby and settled for an Accord 2008....
But it lasted only that much, feeling frustrated by the Accord I dumped it and moved on. So there I was a year later new job, spanking new baby boy and increased budget allowed me to upgrade my search a bit it was at the end of March that I found and bought my beautiful bright red 2010 a4 certified from the stealership
I am quite happy so far love the drive and feel
Looking forward to being part of the community
Cheers
