Name's Tom, I just wanted to introduce myself.

I purchased my Brilliant Black 2003 A4 1.8T QM from the Toronto Auto Auction.

It was smashed up and It's come along way now. Almost done

came with a bunch of mods, currently hitting 25psi lol which is not good as i should be holding 18-19psi.

Anyways, where's everyone located? Are there any meets?

and I look forward to meeting some new peeps and go for cruises in the spring.

Majority of it... My father has an autmotive service garage, and we started speacializing in Audi's couple years ago. He pulled the motor and everything that you can think of in the engine bay, sent it to the body shop (pulled and painted)
last week i got it running and have been driving around. I still need button some bits up.

I love it, best car i've ever owned... I wanted a B5 S4 but this came along

we thought it came stock, but its far from stock

How was the title on the car when you got it ?

 

Title was Salvage... I bought an irrepairable car from B.C. and had it shipped over, I need the airbags and bunch of parts for mine... The parts car was way better shape than mine, it was deamed irrepairable assuming cuz it went into a swampy ditch?

either way, it was a REAL goood learning experience and now i know the 1.8T not inside out but pretty damn close too it... Still lots to learn, I'm going to JRP to get my ECU REVO BT flashed and hooking up an APEXI AVC-R boost controller

Theres about 200 active members and about 30 active posters. Site was started around 04-01-2006 by some guy who ended up hooking me up with it. He had other priorities. Its only started really picking up since i took it over and got a good mod team in place and started promoting it.

Lots and lots of lurkers though.

I was an Audizine member, (still am) but it sucks, they treat me like **** and are all south of the border so no real contacts, just some info.

I'm looking forward to waterfest cruise next year anyone know what it is?
