Hello all, Just purchase a 2004 a4 3.0 quattro, black on beige,premium/cold weather pkg from Oregon,arriving in one week. Cant wait to hit the hwy! and ask tons of questions about the car on the forum.

1st question, forgot to research this....
Wondering if the bose system will play mp3 data cd's that store 150 songs etc, or will it just play burnt cd's?

(i know satellite radio is good to go because i have that shark fin antenna which the 04's have)

Hey, welcome to the forum... I'm unfortunately not sure about playing data cd's as I just use an FM modulator with my ipod to play through the sound system...

 

Oh, i'll probably just test it out when it arrives, even if it doesn't i'll try the i pod hook up then or maybe just stay stock since it still has a 6 disc changer. Thanks for your reply though.

Here are some pics of my ride, once i get used to driving it(,a.k.a my girl and i scrape the rims up) then i'll coat them black they're 17" so saves me a bit, more cash to add a sub and amp.
