new (to me) 4.2
Sorry, I didn't see this section until i'd already introduced myself in the A6 forum. Just ( mid june) bought my first Audi, a 2000 A6 4.2Q in silver on black leather.
I've been looking at Audis since 2001 when a colleague bought an A4 1.9 TDi ultrasport in dolphin grey ( was in the UK back then) never found myself in a situation where i could get one until now. I thought i wanted an A4 but i drove this and i knew i just had to have it!!! Plan on doing all the maintenance myself, starting with the timing belt in a couple months. Glad to be onboard.
