Hello everyone. My name is Jeremy and I live in the interior of B.C.
Been a VW & Audi guy for years. First Audi was a land yacht 1991 Audi 200. Promptly broke the timing belt and ended up replacing a few valves in my dads garage using a drill press compress the valve springs and such.
Ran well for a few years but electrical gremlins got the best of me and we parted ways. That was 15 years ago.
Second Audi was a 1999 A4 2.8 fwd with tip trans. Another mechanics special that was supposed to have a grenaded engine. Turned out the previous owner was being taken for a ride by a shady mechanic trying to make a buck. I got it running and did some needed service work and put it up for sale as I was looking for a quattro wagon. A few years ago my amazing wife found me an 03 A6 Avant. It was a non running 3.0 quattro with tip tranny... Did I mention it was free? Two years and another A6 donor car later and I have a running and driving 2.7t A6 Avant.
Just finished it the week of Christmas and put it on the road.
