Hi all,

New member in St-Bruno, south shore of Montreal. New to the forum but not to Audi. Had a B6 S4 for a very brief time, a 98 A6 (winter beater) and now an 07 S4- tiptronic, dolphin grey/black interior with alcantara inserts and CF trim.

In between the B6 and this B7 I was over on the BMW side of things having owned both an e39 M5 and e60 M5. Sold the e60 for something more practical and the B7 won out.

I figure I’ll start with some simple mods, springs, spacers and rims. I’ll look into exhaust and more once I read up the great info on the site.

First thing I’ll be looking up is brakes. After a quick run up north on some twisties I noticed quite a bit of brake fade, wouldn’t have expected that much that quickly. I guess I have some reading to do!

Anyways, hopefully I’ll have something to contribute, looks like a good forum. Now I’m off to search…

Sounds great, and you're just around the corner. We don't know each other but I'll throw it out anyways. We have a little weekend get together coming up mid May. A few guys from another board from NB are coming to MTL, we'll be spending the day on twisties in VT and NH, the following day a quick track day at Mecaglisse, PM if you're interested. If not and you see some stranger waving in a Dolphin Grey...it's me
