Question New Audi Owner - Potential Problem

Hello! I recently bought a used 2007 Audi A4 Quattro 2.0TFSI with 122,000 KM and a manual transmission. I love the car, but there are a few things that may be problematic in the long run.

1) When I am cruising in 3rd of 4th gear and decide to downshift, as the RPMs rise, the car makes a "shh" sound; almost like a scratching or slight grinding sound, but after the RPMs are brought up and are steady, the sound dissapears.

2)The radio fuse is currently disconnected because when the car is off and the fuse is in, the radio drains the battery. Could a new radio or potentially an aftermarket radio fix this problem? Or could the problem be deep in the wiring of the car? (potentially a loose wire)

I would just like to know if any other owners are experiencing these problems, and if so, how they apporached them.

Thank you in advance,
Petros
