Cool My New Audi Got Me Into Mechanics!

Wussup Forum People! Im 19 and I recently bought a used Audi A4 1.8T Quattro at 179,000kms. It is the second car i have ever owned (first being my 2002 Hyundai accent, bought for $250 5th owner used for 2 years and broke down at 280,000km) Honestly before then ive never been into cars mechanics or working on cars but this A4 caught my eye on Kijiji and i bought it for very cheap $1,000! now admittedly it was an impulse buy.. it had alot of problems, THE PREVIOUS OWNER INSTALLED A HOOD EXIT EXHAUST, a piece of cheap pvc pipe coming right off the turbo. While it was super fun to rip around in and very very loud, it was very impractical for a daily driver so i have recently installed a straight pipe exhaust system with the help of a few friends (Still loud but doesn't put fumes inside the car at least) .. that first project got me to appreciate the engineering in these machines! Now admittedly my 2001 A4 has allot of problems: rust, hail dents, ABS and AIRBAG Warning lights, but slowly i will make this car into the sexy stylistic machine it's always meant to be! hopefully with the help people on this forum!
