Welcome to the forum! I agree it's too bad basically all car manufacturers are moving away from manual transmission. I recently picked up a 2013 RS5 and the only option they came in was the S-Tronic. It's not terrible with the paddle shifts and I'm sure it's faster than a manual... but it's not the same feeling driving. Anyway hope you enjoy the new A4!
