I really don't know what to say other than hi.
Sadly , my membership application was inspired by a big problem in my pretty 2004 A4 1.8T.
I purchased it in Feb of this year and it's been great until today.
I've some crazy grinding type of noise in the engine bay.
I can't think of anything weird happening beforehand.
I drove it in to work and parked in the garage as usual. Upon leaving this evening I heard the noise as soon as I started the vehicle. The car has oil and all other fluids.
I've had the oil changed a few months ago also at a professional shop.
I hope someone can point me in the right direction to troubleshoot this.
My apologies if I have not posted this in the right area.
Anyway , I will try to post a few pics of my car and thanks in advance for allowing me into the forums and for any and all future help.

Welcome to the forum and congrats on the car. Really worry to hear you have having problems with it now though!
For more responses to the problem post in the Audi A4 - B6 section which is you specific model for help and trouble shooting. best of luck getting it fixed up quick and be sure and let us know what was the cause.
