Default 2011 S4 - Oct 6 Delivery

Hello folks,

After a 3 year hiatus (a Volvo wagon was to blame for that) I'm back to Audi. In '07, I traded in the '01 A6 2.7 6MT for something with more room, a trailer hitch, automatic, safe, etc... Thus the Volvo wagon. We now have a minivan, and the lease is up on the Volvo, so it was time for a new ride. I looked at the new BMW 5s, but you can't get a manual with AWD. Unfortunately the A6 had no manual option, and the S6 was not going to happen. I never would have considered an S4 until, for the hell of it, I took one out for a test drive after taking out an A6. It was bigger than I expected, and a fantasitic ride. One thing led to another and now, here I am on an Audi board. I can start looking forward to the eastbound QEW onramp at Bronte. Somehow I think it will feel different than it does in the Grand Caravan .

6MT, Ibis, Premium, Sport Dif, B&O.

Looking for tint and 18" snows/rims for now. I'll get a feel for it stock for a while, perhaps come spring I'll be looking at some mods.

I look forward to meeting some of you GTA guys, hope you don't mind me showing up to with my 3 year old strapped in the back seat.

Cheers

Congratulations on your purchase of a great car. Our group (Golden Horseshoe) has three members with the B8 S4 and one is Ibis white.

Also welcome to the forum.
