Default 2002 TT Quattro

hi all, im from New Brunswick and i just bought a 2002 TT Quattro convertible, i don't have pics yet, but will in not to long. I'm looking for an alternative for my stock hid headlight. I don't know if they are all like that but mine have real poor visibility on the low beam(hid), the highbeam (halogen) are allright. Is there any aftermarket light that work on a hid TT model?
Thanks

Welcome!

Are your lights aimed correctly? Are the lenses very scratched/pitted? Bulbs on their way out maybe? Properly functioning stock HIDs are fine - no visibility issues at all.

The lenses need to be buff but the funny thing is that the halogen highbeam have a good visibility, on a wet pave you wouldn't be able to tell if the light are on or not on the hid. Does the bulb can loose is power after a while?

Something is definitely wrong with your HIDs. HID bulbs can fade before they completely die, and they often exhibit some colour shift before they do. I'd check everything that's free, then try dropping in some new bulbs.

Tonight i parked it in front of the garage door with the light on and one of them have a yellowish reflection circle in the middle and the other is white but i can look right at it and it don't even blind, like if i would be looking at a neon light, so i will tear it apart and see what's wrong with it

Yup, as I said, something is definitely wrong there. Get 'em fixed up so you can enjoy the nice, crisp, Xenon light again!
