Automated Car Wash for Roadsters

Re: Automated Car Wash for Roadsters
As per owners manual "vehicle care":
Caring for the folding top
......Remove bird droppings as soon as possible....Before using water to clean the top, brush it off in the dry condition. With normal accumulation of dirt and dust, spray off the top with clear water. If the top is quite dirty and shows dirt spots, you should clean it with lukewarm water and a gentle detergent or a cleaner especially formulated for cleaning convertible tops. Use a sponge or soft brush & always move front to back in the same position as fabric weave. Rinse thoroughly with clear water and allow to air dry. Chamois cloths are not suitable for drying the folding top. Never use a high-pressure cleaning system to clean the top. Hope this tidbit helps.....

Well, that's it then.....................thanks for doing my homework, Cargenelle. I do appreciate you taking the time. I will convert over to the "do it yourself " car wash mentality even during the winter. Must locate a convertable top cleaner as well.
