what performance upgrades would you recommend for my '08 TT Quattro?

How can I get more HP?

250hp V6 quattro - it has an S-tronic transmission

You'll end up spending quite a bit of money trying to get more power out of the VR6. You can get incremental gains out of an exhaust system, an ECU remap and cams.

OR you go turbo kit: HPA Motorsports Inc.
