ok what is this on the front left(drivers side) suspension near the sway bar link thin metal thing with 2 pivot points only on 1 side of the car???? it makes a rattle sound on every bump only when its dry out??

It appears that it is a carry over grounding bond to the chasis.

I can check when I get home. in a few hours. is it just a wire about #6or #8 AWG??? that bonds with 2 screws on the bottom
