Ya possibly...I'm going to see it tomorrow with my friend Meshak who is desperate for a coupe like ours if plans work out...If it's the clutch spring...I can get the parts and fix it. But it will be up to my friend and the seller to determine that. I've spoken to that guy in Quebec who has the 2 S2 engines and he is still pretty firm on the $2500 for each engine with transmission,ECU and harness....sooo looking for a huge project that my friend also wants to do...lol Audi eh...once your hooked the skies the limit.

Ya so do I. My new engine is in...but unfortunately I will not make Vag -Craft and see you guys tomorrow morning. I have a broken fuel line and I'm missing 2 of my power steering pump bolts. I will talk with you soon. Take pics tomorrow. Cheers!

I'm looking to move and store my quattro cheaply (ideally for free) now. I've been getting a lot of interest in it, including wanting to fix the thing and go back to driving it myself ... sorry to my new A3, but the quattro's still the best-riding car I've ever been in ... but right now nothing's happening and I hate leaving the thing in the apartment lot here.

Someone saw my kijiji ad for the car and came up to get it within a few weeks. Yes, he was planning on going S2 with it and replacing the transmission with a 6 speed already.
Meanwhile I found a sweet deal on a 2007 A3, not as much fun without the quattro but way better on gas.

ive got a 1990 Golf 2 door that ive been thinking of putting a monster into aswell, only takes 200-250hp to make these things fly!!
