Seriously though, it sounds like a well-sorted car and an absolute beast! I say pull the trigger as long as you can get a very knowledgeable Porsche mechanic to thoroughly inspect it.

Thanks Cheeba, I read up on you build before, that's quite the project, I contacted Alex at AWE to see if he remembers this car, seeing how much this guy did I thought he might, just to ask him what he thinks of it or if he knows something that I should know, also forwarded it to Brian @ Pfaff Tuning, he's very knowledgeable about them, not to mention lives down the street, which is a blessing & a curse, he always has ideas for things to do to my car, never cheap ones

I think I'd avoid a turbocharged 911 that is 3,000 miles away unless:

1. I have a mechanic who works at a Porsche dealership do a full inspection including a compression test
2. I have a mechanic who works at a Porsche dealership do a full inspection including a compression test
3. welll...you know what 3 is.

Was going to have it inspected @ Porsche stealership down there, I plan on going down there to check it out in person & if it's all good either drive it or ship it if I don't have time, we'll see, Carfax came back spotless which is a good start, plus the wife approves, didn't like the R8 or the GTR but loves this 1
