Hey there, i don't know if anyone else is having issues with a rattle on deceleration/ a slight boost power loss. After much research and looking thoroughly into it i have discovered that the noise is caused by a slight rattle on the actuator arm on the turbo waste gate. Audi has made a solution for this, a little clip that holds he actuator arm from rattling and letting that precious boost out. This clip was built to be easily installed on a fsi engine as the actuator side of the turbo is much easier to access. However I did find a way to DIY and install this clip, I have had this clip installed for about a week now and I have a noticeable power increase from the extra boost im not loosing and that god awful rattle is gone! couldn't be happier with it.
