Default Wife wants to buy an A4. What I should I be looking for?

I am used to buying Honda/Acura/Toyota but the wife really wants to LEASE an A4.

It seems that Audi reliability has improved so I would like to go for the ride.

I am in Ottawa.

Which are the best dealers around here? FYI, Audi Ottawa is 10 minutes walk from my place.

What options are a must have to really enjoy the A4 or which are not really needed?

As an example, in Toyotas, their JBL sound upgrade sucks and their Navigation is not the best (unlike Lexus).

How much can you bargain with the dealers to bring the price down from MSRP for a lease?
