In brief, I went to Petro Canada that has a Touchless Wash. The wash was almost complete (Power wash cycle), then all of a sudden the arm stopped at the middle of my front bumper and I felt my car shake (like a pretty big push from the side of my car). The arm retracted back away to its return position and the gate opens, with no rinse cycle nor did the blower activate.

Left and investigate to only see this...

It''s being determined if they repair cost will be covered by the station. I am so upset about this.

 

Wow, I would go ballistic. WTF are you going to a car wash in this weather for anyhow?

 

Petro canada has the 48hr guarantee. So i have 2 days to reuse the same ticket after the first wash. I used it up before it expired, then that happened. I went nuts on the clerk that gave me the impression they werent going to try to fix this.

 

crap thing is they have it posted they are not liable for any damaged incurred while using it.
