Hey everyone I am currently looking to purchase my first audi . I need some help to see what majority of the people say with performance and problems between the 05' audi a4 and the 07' audi a4 . Please reply would glady b appreciated thanks everyone

I would first spend some time googling the reviews on both models and check other sites like audizine, audiworld giving you detailed specs on each model/equip/specs

The B7 which started 2005.5 or 2006 here in Canada is easily spotted as they introduced an all new engine with the 2.0 Turbo. This generation brought some much needed upgrades in terms of power/torque and amenities.
Hp went from 170hp on the 1.8T vs. 200hp with the 2.0T and torque increased drastically around 40 more if i am not mistaken
It also depends on which style you like better
Either ways the best advice I can give you is to opt for one with the most history records/maintenance and have it inspected fully to avoid potential problems down the road.
In the end preventive maintenance is your best investment

 

B7 brakes are excellent whereas the B6 1.8t brakes sucked. Coil pack issues in the B6 were finally resolved with a recall.
