Hi all,

Was rolling along Eglinton Ave (Toronto) this Saturday after a decent snowfall. Some guy pulled right out from a side street, across lane 2 into lane 1 (where I was). A truck in lane 2 had left a gap for him to turn left, but he could not see down lane 1.

He gambled.


My (allroad) front passenger side contacted his front bumper (BMW).

A few years ago I was rear-ended at an intersection, a clear sunny day. A month after the car was "fixed" the fuel pump failed. I want to make sure that the right things get looked at.

I don't want any ghosts.
