Loaners from the dealer

Loaners from the dealer
Just curious, from those that have their servicing done by the dealer, what kinds of loaner have you been offered? I'm trying to get a sense of whether I'm being treated like a 2nd class citizen, or if the cars I've gotten are pretty standard
It probably depends on what you pull in with, but I would at least expect something that isn't too far off the class of car you have.
I'll start: my ride = 2010 A4 quattro premium, I've received 2 loaners thus far, first was a 2011 A3, the other a 2011 mazda 3 (yes, a frickin mazda 3, don't even understand why they have these lying around).

Re: Loaners from the dealer
I just had my A4 serviced, but didn't need a loaner, I used their valet service.
A few days later I received a survey via e-mail..you can state your dissatisfaction on the survey..the feedback goes back to the dealer.
Also, I received another email from the service manager of the dealer requesting my overall satisfaction and experience of my service visit and to contact him so he can make things right if there was an issue.
Remerber....THE SQUEEKY WHEEL GETS THE GREASE

Re: Loaners from the dealer
I have only once received an Audi as a loaner from my dealer, and that was under request so I could drive the DSG. The others were crappy rental cars from National. I say count yourself lucky to get any Audi from them. But for me any loaner at all, is better than the bus!

Re: Loaners from the dealer
My car is a 2006 Audi A3
Loaner # 1: nissan versa, said no...they went to volvo and got me a c230
2: 2006 Audi a4... car was white(covered in dirt, had to wash it before taking it to work) had no gas, tires were bald and under inflated, oil light came on (took it in they topped it up) then the check engine light came on(when i called they said dont worry about it)
3: 2010 A3 (no complaint, except i got a ticket in it lol)
4: 2010 A4 (bad on gas, but nice car)dealer tried to blame me for a cracked windshield. I explained that it was there already, he said it wasnt, i asked for the walk around...he said nvm, dont think he did one.

Re: Loaners from the dealer
1. Audi in the UK, I was the proud owner of a 2003 A3 2.0 TDI and I got as a loaner a 2007 B7 2.0T which was ok.
2. Also in the UK, I got a B7 S4, which I distinctly remember being underwhelmed by both power and handling wise. Which made it all the more surprising that I am now the happy, proud owner of a B6 S4 once I moved to Canada!
3. In Canada, while the B6 S4 was in, I got a 2010 A4 loaner. I hated the transmission and interior and the general performance of the thing.
All cars were clean. I however was disappointed that my car didn't get a full service valet at the Audi dealer here in Canada, which was routine at my old dealer in the UK.
