From January 5th 2011 to December 31st 2011, Audi is offering rate reductions to all current Audi Finance Customers on leasing or financing a new and unregistered 2011 Audi Model*.
Eligible customers** can receive up to a 1% Rate reduction for any Special Retail rate on 2011MY models (including Audi Select) and up to a 0.5% rate reduction for any Special Lease on 2011 MY Models.
Any currently owned/leased Audi model does not need to be traded in to take advantage of this offer. Please see below for full terms and conditions. For more information, or to take advantage of this exclusive offer, see your local Audi Dealer or call 1800-FOR-AUDI.

The loyalty rate after the rate reduction cannot be lower than 0.9%. Subject to credit approval, Audi Finance will not require a security deposit for eligible vehicles leased under the Audi Owner Loyalty Program. * All new and unregistered 2011 model year Audi vehicles, including demonstration models with less than 10,000km, are eligible (except R8 ), to be leased or financed by an eligible customer through Audi Finance during the program period. Ineligible vehicles include new and unregistered R8 Coupe and Spyder models, certified pre-owned vehicles, fleet vehicles and used vehicles. ** This offer is available to qualified buyers and lessees only and is subject to credit approval by Audi Finance. Qualified buyers are limited to current retail or lease Audi Finance customers only. Customers must be in a current Audi Finance New or CPO retail finance or lease contract for a minimum or 6 months before being eligible. An eligible customer's name must appear on the new contract as a Buyer, Co-Buyer or Guarantor. This offer is not transferable. Volkswagen Finance customers are not eligible.

This is limited to Audi Finance customers. Of course, in the US they truly reward Audi loyalty by extending their offer to Audi owners as well, with the Audi Loyalty Incentives Special Offer:

As a current Audi A3 owner but not an Audi Finance customer, I receive nothing for my Audi Loyalty towards my next Audi purchase in Canada.

^ exactly, the day Audi balances their prices to match what they are worth in the US will be the day. But then again theres that supply demand thing, we will never buy as many audi's in canada as are being sold in the US, so we will always have to pay more for our stuff.

And of course many other goods are priced similarly on both sides of the border (computers, electronics, etc.) even though we have a "small" market.
Back to topic - what is Audi doing to show it recognizes the loyalty of current owners (those who did not finance their purchase/lease)?
