Default 2015 Q3 Fuse F23 keeps burning out.

As the title says. I had a brand new engine put in my q3 2015 couple months ago at Audi in Houston ( Katy location).

Couple weeks ago drove back home, couldn't starts the engine next morning. Thought to myself great I have to take the car back to Audi (4th time) for what it looks like exact same issue before they changed the engine and charged me (11k) - loss of power/EPC light comes on (eventually) after few tries, eventually can't start the engine.

Called a local guy he came out , took a look took at the engine , fuse box took him 30 seconds to figure out it's f23 burnt out. Switched the fuse car starts normally. Now here is the issue - the problem happens again after a drive. I can pretty much expect if i turn the engine off and on again same fuse will be blown and back to beginning. Fuse replacement and back to normal etc.
Also IF AND When EPC light comes on forget starting the engine - until i reset the codes first and then replace the fuse im back to normal.

Something is not right here. I assume something is shorting and blowing the fuse. Maybe loose wire etc?

Where should i start looking? I would take the car to the dealer tomorrow but it's 200miles away, though maybe i'll try forum first and see if someone has an idea where to look. I'm not a mechanic but also not a total moron not to be able to figure it out with little help., Unless i need a lift then yeah i'll make the drive.

Thanks
