2001 A4 2.8L Loosing Coolant

Loosing coolant from under the overflow bottle but have had it replaced twice in 3 weeks now its at it again the fluid level will drop and then go back up as the engine is running now there is a noise from the engine.. any ideas maybe the waterpump that was replaced last summer.
