1997 drivers door wont open with key

please help me lol cant open the drivers door with the key it turns but nothing. i can open it from the pasenger side hellllp lol

Sounds like the linkage has come undone. You will have to take the doorcard off and inspect it. Use the passenger side as an example of what it should look like if you can't figure it out.
