Saturns Drive - Muskoka Pre-Drive Sun July 8
 

Join me to check out the windy, twisty roads in Muskoka. This is a pre-drive to check out the conditions of the roads and explore and add some new roads from my original Muskoka Loop Drive.

Date: Sunday July 8, 2012 at 9:45am
Drive distance: approx. 380km ????
Drive Duration 9:45am - 4:30pm

Open to Exotics and European Sport cars
Maps handed out morning of the drive

Start Point: Barrie 9:45am-10:15am (leave 10:15am sharp)
Starbucks (south side of Mapleview close to Walmart)
19 Mapleview Dr W, Barrie, ON
(Do not go to Starbuck on Barrie View Drive on north side)

We will leave 10:15am sharp!
If you've been to my drive we always leave on time.

Midpoint: Lunch and Break
By a lake and chef restaurant

End Point: Barrie 4:30pm

Ah man I want to go again but I'm on vacation! That's a real let down for me because we had awesome time lasts time.

For anyone on the fence on one of these cruise you need to go!!

Don't worry, this looks like it's just a pre-drive. There should be another Muskoka drive.
Saturn, don't think I have anything planned that weekend so I should be able to make it. Just need to double check.

Although a pre-drive it a full day cruise and usually more than 10-15 cars come out. The big Muskoka one TBD is either end of Aug or in Sept.
Its like a regular drive but since I havent checked out the road conditions its usually a good thing before the real cruise. Its also much fun as we can take our time. Stage rolling picture shots...stage pictures at the docs without having to watch the clock. Its more relaxed and more fun for me as I don't need to worry about keeping everyone together ... make sure restaurant has enough seats... making sure we are back at start point at a decent time.

I was plannig on coming but i'm not sure I will get my car done in time, JHM is having a little issue with my ECU.

I would suggest to people who come out to the drives to pick up a Walkie Talkie GMRS unit.
They are relatively cheap and helps in the communication to steer people in the right way.
They start at $40 for a pair.
